The Kings Hill building is located in the heart of The Hill, St. Louis’ historic and iconic Italian neighborhood. Third Man Development acquired the property in 2019 and since then has renovated it to convert the historic structure into a loft-style office building with original architectural features.
Brown & Crouppen law firm now occupies the entire building as its corporate headquarter.
