Originally built as a Phillips 66 gas station in 1967, this beautiful example of mid-century modernism escaped demolition in 2012 when Third Man Development’s preservation efforts redeveloped the building and secured Starbucks and Chipotle as tenants.

The Soulard Office Building was constructed in 1928 in Saint Louis, MO. Third Man Development acquired the property in 2009 and renovated the historic structure into an office building that was occupied by the O’Brien Law Firm.
